At Frame and Gift Hub, we take pride in delivering high-quality, fully customized products made exclusively for you. As each item is uniquely designed, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a replacement under the following conditions:

We only provide replacements in the following cases:
Conditions for Replacement
1.Report Within 2 Hours: Any issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos showing the problem. Late requests will not be considered.
2.Same Product Replacement Only: Since all items are customized, replacements will be for the exact same design and customization as originally ordered. No modifications or changes are allowed.
3.No Returns or Refunds: As each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
4.Packaging Must Be Intact: If the package appears damaged upon arrival, please take an unboxing video as proof for claim processing.
5.Shipping for Replacement: Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. The damaged or incorrect product must be returned before a new one is dispatched.
